Millboard Coppered Oak - House deck

We built a Millboard Coppered Oak deck on a composite frame to replace a rotting hardwood deck. The new deck needed to incorporate multiple heaters, parasols, lights and outlets.
The parasol bases, that originally sat on top of the old deck are now built into the composite frame of the deck for strength, so they are both flush with the deck, can easily be removed and capped with Millboard whilst hiding the parasol base.
The deck has multiple subtle hatches with flush ring pulls for easy access to deck heater plugs, sockets and additional lighting access.
The whole perimeter of the deck has routed exterior LEDs in the underside of the Millboard bullnose than can be controlled by smart home sytems.
